We require, in writing, the following details:

• Description of product/service that will be sold or promoted
• Specific term dates
• Size of space required
• If telephone and electrical power outlets are needed
• A full description and/or drawing of the set-up display (pictures preferred)
• Complete contact information
• A copy of your Vendor's Permit
• A copy of your Article of Incorporation

Once your information is received, it will be reviewed and Square One Management will contact you for further information and discussion.
