Square One Guest Services provides a multitude of services to better enhance your shopping experience. Our Customer Service Representatives will gladly assist you in locating a particular store or help you find your way around the centre. Other services include:

 

  • GOLD Gift Certificate purchases
  • Hotel information
  • Store information
  • Wheelchair loan (deposit required)
  • Lost & Found
  • Mississauga souvenirs
  • Job Opportunities Board

 

Locations:

 

Lower Level: Located in CentreWalk Neighbourhood by the South Main Entrance between Wal-Mart and The Bay.

 

Upper Level: Located in CentreWalk Neighbourhood by Le Chateau and Club Monaco.

 

Family Services:

 

  • Elevators located beside:
    • Zellers
    • Cityside Neighbourhood (2x)
    • Centre Court
    • The Bay Court
  • Children’s Stroller Rentals:
    • Vending strollers at four entrances (see map)
    • Reserved parking for customers with children
    • Brand new vending strollers are conveniently located throughout the centre; $5.00 rental fee, $0.50 upon return - credit cards are accepted
  • Nursing Facilities; unique nursing change rooms and family washrooms located in the following areas:
    • Lower Level next to Burger King
    • Upper Level next to The Children`s Place
    • Upper Level next to Michel`s Baguette

 

Valet Parking/Car Wash:

  • Just drive up to the valet parking area located underground by Home Outfitters and have your car washed while you shop.
