Square One Guest Services provides a multitude of services to better enhance your shopping experience. Our Customer Service Representatives will gladly assist you in locating a particular store or help you find your way around the centre. Other services include:

Locations:
-Lower Level: Located by the Earls Restaurant/TD Canada Trust entrance.
-Upper Level: Located by Le Chateau and Club Monaco.
Special Needs (Wheelchairs & TTY):
-Located on the lower level next to The Disney Store is a TTY (Talk To You) device that lets people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech-impaired use the telephone to communicate, by allowing them to type messages back and forth to one another instead of talking and listening.

Wheelchair loan (Photo ID required) can be found at the Guest Services booth on the lower level.

- Vending strollers at four entrances (see map)
- Reserved parking for customers with children
- Vending strollers are conveniently located throughout the centre; $5.00 rental fee, $0.50 upon return - credit cards are accepted
Nursing Facilities: (nursing change rooms and family washrooms)
- Lower Level next to Burger King
- Upper Level next to The Children`s Place
- Upper Level next to Michel`s Baguett
Valet Parking/Auto Detailing:
- Just drive up to the valet parking area located underground by Home Outfitters and have your car washed while you shop.
