2) An automated energy management system to control all common area heating/cooling

and exterior/interior lighting, and therefore minimize energy consumption.

3) The installation of high efficiency lighting equipment throughout targeted areas of the shopping centre to maintain proper lighting levels while reducing energy usage.

4) Assisting retailers with proper waste disposal.

5) Use of environmentally friendly cleaning supplies.
