(1) The contest winner(s) will be notified at least 60 days after the closing date of the contest

(2) No purchase necessary

(3) Employees of Empire Theatres, OMERS Realty Management Corp., Square One store employees, Oxford Retail Group, family members and affiliated agencies are not eligible to enter the contest.

(4) Limit: One (1) prize per family or household

(5) All entrants must abide by these contest rules; decision of OMERS Realty Management Corp./Oxford Retail Group is final

(6) Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received

(7) Two (2) telephonic attempts between 9am - 5pm will be made to contact the winner(s) after the closing date of the monthly contest (messages will not be left)

(8) All winner(s)will be required to present proof of age (18yrs), and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability.

(9) A correctly-answered skill testing question may be required.
